EZ RIDE is a safe, reliable & affordable transportation service serving the City of Muncie. Your pick-up address must be with in Muncie city limits to use our services. Individuals 17 years of age or younger must be accompanied by an adult. Shuttle bus seats are limited like airplane seats. Your ticket purchase reserves a seat that cannot & will not be sold to anyone else for your chosen shuttle time. The bus will wait 2 mins for you to board when it arrives at your home or pick up location. The bus will board passengers for a 1/2 hour period when it arrives at the entertainment venue. The bus will depart after the boarding time. You will not receive a refund if you fail to board the bus during the boarding time. No refunds for cancellations made within 24 hours of your trip. Cancellations made up to 24 hours of your trip will receive a credit for a ride that is volid for 30 days from your purchase date.
